Strategic Planning Session

Service Description

We have found that in a one-day planning session will provide time for three or four important conversations. Typically those are: Vision: Where are we going? Mission/purpose : Why do we exist? Who is the customer we serve? Strategic Priorities: What do we need to focus on to achieve our Vision? Action planning for the strategic priorities. Depending on your organizational structure, and your organizational needs you'll need to do more or less discussion about Values, Threats, Competition, and SWOT.
